AMSOIL synthetic Hydraulic Oil ATH 5w30 is fully compatible with conventional tractor Hydraulic Oil . To install AMSOIL Hydraulic Oil in a hydraulic oil system, drain the existing Hydraulic Oil , change hydraulic oil filters and install AMSOIL Synthetic Tractor Hydraulic Oil .

AMSOIL GH Series Heavy Duty EP lithium Grease is composed of synthetic base oils and lithium-complex thickeners that provides the film strength, shear resistance, and mechanical stability critical to high load protection. This combination excels in high and low operating temperature ranges by providing excellent oxidation stability, high temperature dropping points and good low temperature torque values and pumping capabilities. AMSOIL Heavy Duty EP Grease is compounded with oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, effective oil soluble EP additives and molybdenum disulfide (moly) solid EP additives for all around protection in severe conditions.

AMSOIL Heavy Duty EP Grease is formulated with a top performing lithium complex thickener system that provides excellent water resistance as identified by the ASTM D-1264 water washout test. AMSOIL Heavy Duty EP Grease adheres to metal and is shear stable during severe mechanical activity, maintaining consistency and providing superior lubrication protection.

The correct consistency grade of AMSOIL Heavy Duty EP Grease is recommended for use in heavy and light duty applications found in manufacturing plants, automotive applications, agricultural equipment and construction equipment. These include, but are not limited to, roller bearings, plain bearings, gears, bushings, wheel bearings, chassis lubrication, universal joints, ball joints, tie-rod ends, steering knuckles, and heavily loaded pivot pins on mining and off road equipment such as power shovels, draglines, wheel and back hoe loaders, excavators and bulldozers. AMSOIL Heavy Duty EP Greases are suitable for use up to 325º F. When operating at elevated temperatures, frequent regreasing may be required.

AMSOIL Heavy Duty EP #1 and #2 Greases are compatible with many other types of grease. However, it is recommended that when changing greases, the equipment be cleaned of the old grease when possible or flushed with a liberal amount of AMSOIL Heavy Duty EP Grease while the mechanism is in operation. Closely monitor the system for any inconsistencies. Any grease compatibility questions should be referred to your AMSOIL representative or AMSOIL INC.

APPLICATION MAINTENANCE
Maintaining a clean work environment is important when equipment greasing is performed. Wipe grease fittings clean prior to injecting grease to prevent contaminant ingestion. Maintain bearing housings one-third to one-half full of grease. Do not over-grease as excessive heat buildup can result. Supplement standard grease maintenance by periodically cleaning and packing housings with fresh grease on an established maintenance schedule.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AMSOIL Synthetic AW Series Antiwear Hydraulic Oil are shear-stable, long-life hydraulic oil based on high-quality synthetic oil technology. This Hydraulic Oil series is formulated with a premium additive system that inhibits oxidation to help prevent acid formation and viscosity increase and inhibit rust and foam (providing smooth hydraulic operation). AW Synthetic hydraulic oil contains a very effective zinc-based anti-wear/antioxidant additive which controls wear in high-speed, high-pressure vane and gear pumps while meeting the lubrication requirements of axial piston pumps with bronze-on-steel metallurgy. AW Synthetic hydraulic oil meets the requirements for Maximum Efficiency Hydraulic Fluid (mehf) and can lower costs and/or increase productivity in mobile equipment by 6 to 15 percent. Improved pump efficiency can increase hydraulic power, reduce fuel consumption and improve productivity. AW synthetic hydraulic oil is designed for long life and typically reduces maintenance costs by extending drain intervals and reducing labor costs, repairs and downtime.

AMSOIL Synthetic Base Oil Technology
AMSOIL synthetic base Oil resist thermal and oxidative breakdown and work to prevent carbon and varnish deposits. The very high viscosity indices, low pour points and lack of paraffins (wax) make these good all-season lubricants well suited for high and low temperature extremes. At high temperatures and pressures, AW synthetic hydraulic oil provides a good lubricating film and protect components against wear. During cold-temperature operation, equipment starts easier and the need for preheating with sump heaters is reduced. The AW Series hydraulic Oil also readily separates from water, preventing oil/water emulsions that inhibit lubrication and allowing for longer lubricant life and easier water drainage from the sump.

Application Recommendation
The correct viscosity grades of AMSOIL Synthetic AW Series Antiwear Hydraulic Oil is recommended for high- and low-pressure gear, vane and piston stationary and mobile hydraulic oil systems. AW synthetic hydraulic oil meets the performance requirements of all major hydraulic manufacturers and is excellent for general purpose use where extended drain intervals are desired and in severe duty operations where temperature extremes are encountered. Because the AW hydraulic oil is light-bodied and possess very good cold-temperature properties, AWF hydraulic oil  and AWG hydraulic oil is the preferred choice for temperatures below -20°F.

Some applications include machine tools and presses, mobile construction equipment, farming equipment, logging trucks, boom trucks and plastic injection molding machines. The appropriate viscosity grades of AW hydraulic Oil is also suitable for use in pneumatic tools and spindles.

AMSOIL AW Series hydraulic oil is compatible with hydraulic oil system seals, petroleum hydraulic Oil and most synthetic hydraulic Oil*. For optimum performance, it is recommended the system be thoroughly drained and, if warranted, cleaned prior to installation. Oil analysis is recommended to maximize oil drain intervals.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AMSOIL TBI hydraulic oil is a premium hydraulic oil designed to biodegrade to its natural state when subjected to sunlight, water and microbial activity. Because it is formulated with ashless additives that do not contain heavy metals, TBI hydraulic oil has a very low toxicity level.

AMSOIL TBI hydraulic oil incorporates very high-quality synthetic base oils that provide thermal stability, even though they are biodegradable. TBI hydraulic oil also contains antiwear additives that have been thoroughly tested and qualified against stringent hydraulic oil standards including Denison HF-0, HF-1 and HF-2, Vickers M-2950-S and I-286-S and Cincinnati Milacron P-68 and P-70. TBI hydraulic oil provides optimum protection for hydraulics, preventing pump wear and rusting of critical components. It also contains antioxidants that increase oil life and foam inhibitors that quickly release air from the oil.
Based on high-quality, synthetic oil chemistry that better withstands heat and lasts longer, TBI hydraulic oil outperforms vegetable oil-type, biodegradable hydraulic oil, ensuring problem-free operation.

APPLICATION RECOMMENDATION
AMSOIL TBI Synthetic Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil is recommended for gear, vane and piston stationary and mobile hydraulic systems. It is a multi-viscosity, SAE 5W20 hydraulic oil and is recommended for use in place of either ISO-32 or ISO-46 hydraulic oil.

AMSOIL TBI synthetic Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil is essentially compatible with typical hydraulic oil, and small amounts of contamination (lines, residue) are acceptable. However, it is recommended systems be drained prior to installing TBI Synthetic biodegradable hydraulic oil. Excessive system contamination will minimize its biodegradability effectiveness.

AMSOIL TBI synthetic biodegradable hydraulic oil is especially well-suited for applications where environmental contamination due to leaking or blown hydraulic lines presents an environmental hazard. AMSOIL TBI synthetic Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil has been tested and found compatible with Nitrile (Buna-N), Poly Acrylate, Fluorocarbon (Viton) and Silicone seals which are commonly found in hydraulic systems.

The ability of AMSOIL TBI synthetic biodegradable hydraulic oil to extend drain intervals and excel in performance is subject to operating conditions and maintenance practices. Monitoring by hydraulic oil analysis is recommended.
